Section G Is Coming
Form 6765 Section G — business-component-level reporting — becomes mandatory for tax years beginning after 2025. Your clients filing R&D credits will need documentation at this level. Alexander & Blake builds every study at the business-component level from day one.
Flexible Fee Structures
Choose the model that works best for your firm. No cost to the referring CPA in most arrangements.
Your firm earns a referral fee on each completed engagement. No upfront cost, no risk.
Best for firms wanting passive income from referrals.
Your firm pays a wholesale rate and marks up to the client. You control the client fee and keep the margin.
Best for firms wanting to offer R&D credits as a branded service.
The client engages Alexander & Blake directly. Your firm coordinates on filing. Zero cost to your firm.
Best for firms that want the service without managing billing.
Written Non-Solicitation Commitments
Every engagement letter includes these protections. They are not optional.
Non-Solicitation
We will not market, solicit, or offer non-R&D services to any client referred by your firm.
Non-Circumvention
We will not engage directly with your client outside the scope of the R&D credit study without your firm's involvement.
CPA Review
Every study is provided to your firm for review before client delivery. You see everything before the client does.
Relationship Priority
If the CPA-client relationship ends for any reason, we step back. We do not maintain independent relationships with referred clients.
