Section G Is Coming

Non-Solicitation

We will not market, solicit, or offer non-R&D services to any client referred by your firm.

We will not engage directly with your client outside the scope of the R&D credit study without your firm's involvement.

CPA Review

Every study is provided to your firm for review before client delivery. You see everything before the client does.

Relationship Priority

If the CPA-client relationship ends for any reason, we step back. We do not maintain independent relationships with referred clients.
